Mining Wet Magnetic Separator
Mining equipment wet magnetic separatory is a device which is designed to assist with the purification and and separation of process streams.
It is used in industries like mining, and smaller versions are utilized in scientific labs to process some types of samples. The Magnetic Separator can separate raw materials with different magnetic rigidities. The machine works under the magnetic force and machine force.
Magnetic separator is applied to the tailing discarding or purification process of fine-grained weak-magnetic minerals such as limonite, hematite, manganese ore, titanium ore, etc. or deironing processing of non-metallic minerals such as andalusite, sillimanite, kyanite, garnet, feldspar, quartz, zircon, corundum, diamond, etc. as well as to eliminate weak magnetic harmful impurities of other materials.

Working Principle
This wet magnetic separator is based on the different magnetic susceptibility between the ore minerals, and do mineral separattion by magnetic force. When the slurry into the sorting area of wet magnetic separator, due to different magnetic susceptibility, under the magnetic force, the magnetic particles are adsorbed on the cylinder surface of wet magnetic separator, with the cylinder rotation to the concentrate port of discharge, then from the magnetic system into the concentrate tank by concentrate rinse water; gangue and weak magnetic minerals can not be attracted by the magnetic force, under the slurry flow force in the tank, they gravity into tailings discharge pipe in the reverse direction of cylinder rotating.
